Fernando Verdasco is threatening legal action against the French Open.”It is not a matter of wealth, it is a matter of harm that you do both personally and professionally.”
Following a positive COVID-19 test, Fernando Verdasco plans to bring legal action against the French Open after being kicked out of the tournament.
The 36-year-old Spaniard, a former world No. 7, said he had previously tested positive for the virus, asymptomatic, in August.
However, Verdasco, who has been tested a number of times since then, has said that he has been denied the chance to take another test to find out whether the original test was incorrect.
